Elizabeth Moulton graduated from Westfield State College with a degree in Political Science in 2003.  Upon graduation she worked for Friendly's Restaurants as Assistant Manager and General Manager for several restaurants for 7 years. In 2009, she began her career in School Nutrition, taking a role as Director of School Nutrition,  in Southampton, MA.  During that time she had oversight for multiple schools in the Hampshire Regional School District. She became the Director of Food Services for Agawam Public Schools in 2020 and has continued to successfully navigate School Nutrition Services throughout the COVID-19 pandemic
