The founder and CEO of SPEDfi, Dr. Camelia Rosca, has decades of experience in the education space coupled with a technical background. She is licensed as a Superintendent and a Special Education Administrator in Massachusetts and has served as Systems Director in special education, focusing on finance and administration. In higher education, she taught and conducted research at Boston College and Northeastern University and worked as Director of Administration and Director of Academic Technology. Dr. Rosca is applying her broad background to managing a dynamic team that designs and builds advanced technical solutions to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and transparency of the complex finance and administration needs in K-12 education, currently focusing on special education business operations.
