Morgan works on Trane's Energy Services team to help K-12 school districts create and maintain safe, comfortable, and efficient schools with high performance learning environments. Morgan graduated from Clemson University with her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. She is currently attending Boston University for her MBA with a focus on Social Impact.
