Emily Devin is a Senior Education Advisor on the Amazon Business Team. She is Massachusetts based and has been working with Massachusetts School Districts for the past 15 years and is knowledgeable on Massachusetts procurement laws.

Frank DeFrancesco and the team from New Canaan Group has been dedicated to educating and empowering educators for over 16 years. Since 2008, when Frank was first asked by the State of Connecticut to help streamline their pension presentation, he has been invited by countless school districts and organizations to build and provide workshops on financial topics of importance to educators and staff in the public schools. When he is not meeting with clients to help them retire with confidence, he is dedicated to expanding the availability of these workshops, driven by his passion for financial education.

Bob Hamel is currently serving as Public Sector Resource for Custom Computer Specialist, Inc. He was a career public school educator and administrator for over 35 years. He has been a member and Director of MASBO for numerous years and has served on the “Technology Committee” of ASBO. Bob has been and continues to be a presenter at several local, state and national conferences.

Suzanne McLaughlin is the Executive Vice President for Custom Computer Specialists. She has over 30 years of technology consulting and management experience, focusing on cyber security, physical security, infrastructure design, networking and collaborative technologies. She works closely with Custom’s education, government and corporate clients to map technology solutions to produce high-impact technology solutions.

Morgan works with building owners to understand the unique challenges related to their facilities and to develop solutions that meet and address their operational and financial needs. Morgan’s education as a degreed mechanical engineer allows her to apply her deep knowledge of how buildings work to collaboratively develop customer solutions. She works with Trane’s local Energy Services team to specifically help K-12 school districts create safe, comfortable, and efficient schools with higher performance learning environments. Morgan also has experience helping owners reduce energy consumption and demand, decrease greenhouse gas emissions, and create more sustainable and reliable facilities.

Melissa leads Trane’s regulatory thought leadership, market intelligence, and advocacy in the energy sector. She has over 15 years of experience in advocating for sustainable and resilient community infrastructure solutions.  Melissa holds a B.S. in Public Relations from California State University and a M.B.A. from Rutgers University.
