John Hutchison is the current President of ASBO International, the Executive Director of Kansas ASBO and the Chief Financial Officer of Olathe (Oh-Lay-Tha) Public Schools, located in Olathe, Kansas, a 30,000-student district in the Kansas City metropolitan area. Prior to joining Olathe in 2007, John held school financial administration positions at two other districts in the St. Louis, Missouri metropolitan area. This is John’s 31^st year in education. John holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration from Saint Louis University and is both a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Administrator of School Finance and Operations (SFO). John is passionate about leadership development and simplifying the world of school finance. John and his wife Gina have two daughters, both teachers, a son, and two grandsons.
