Caitlin currently serves as a Supervising Auditor in the Audit & Compliance Unit and has been with DESE for almost 7 years. She will be moving to the Special Education Planning and Policy Development office and will continue to monitor IDEA grant sub-recipients for fiscal compliance with a focus on Maintenance of Effort (MOE), Excess Cost, and Proportionate Share. 

Caitlin graduated from Suffolk University and has worked for the state for 16 years; she began her career at Operational Services Division auditing health and human service providers and supervising the vehicle management audits, statewide contract vendor audits, and quality assurance reviews.
