Rob O’Donnell is the Director of School Finance at DESE. The unit that he oversees is responsible for the Chapter 70 program, charter tuition and reimbursement calculations, school choice, the End of Year Report data collection, and the development of related data reports.

Leo Brehm is a Massachusetts K-12 leader and edtech entrepreneur, serving as District Business Administrator (Finance & Operations) for Dighton-Rehoboth Regional School District and a Medfield School Committee member. A past president and long-time board leader at MassCUE, he co-founded the learning-analytics company CatchOn and now advises many edtech companies. Leo's work blends fiscal stewardship, MSBA capital projects, and Al-driven analytics to improve teaching, learning, and district operations.

Andrea Calvin is the Director of Operations and Strategy for MassCUE, where she collaborates on initiatives that strengthen organizational efficiency, elevate communications, and expand engagement across the state. With more than 18 years of experience in educational media and program development, Andrea is passionate about building systems and experiences that help educators learn, grow, and shine. Andrea is a seasoned project manager and facilitator who has presented nationally on STEAM education, creativity in learning, and the power of storytelling. A strong advocate for youth mentorship, she has developed internship programs that give students meaningful, hands-on opportunities to build skills and confidence.
