Jim has 59 years of experience taking on different roles as he grew up in his family business. Jim leads from his experience with Blue Bird, the industry leader in electric school buses date back in 1927 and evolving with each innovation. Jim holds a bachelor’s degree from Brown University in Business Management and many certifications and awards from major transportation agencies.

Bob Gerardi

Sales Representative for Northern MA, NH, and VT

Bob brings 34 years of experience as a public-school educator in the roles of technology teacher, principal, finance director, and 17 years in the role of school superintendent. In his last post as a superintendent of the Block Island School, they were one of the first Rhode Island Schools to deploy an Electric Bus and Vehicle to Grid Infrastructure. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Rhode Island College in technology, a master’s from Providence College in Secondary Administrations, and a Philosophical Doctorate in Educational Administration from Boston College.

Eric has extensive experience in industry. Prior to his last 7 years at Anderson Motors, Eric was a lease sales representative at Penske Truck Leasing. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island in Supply Chain Management.

David Coelho (Moderator)

Director of Finance

Weston Public Schools

David has been the Director of Finance with the Weston Public Schools since July 2025.  Prior to joining Weston, he was the Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Operations in the Lexinton Public Schools for six years and the Director of Finance in the Bedford Public Schools for sixteen years.  David came to public education after ten years of service in state government and the nonprofit sector.  He holds a BA in Government and Economics form Clark University and a Masters in Public Administration from Suffolk University.
