FY26 A.I. Payroll, Legal, and Tax Complexities in Retirement Plans

Randy is the local, Massachusetts-based contact for TCG, a HUB International Company. He holds the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designation and is registered as an Investment Advisor Representative. Randy has been working with educators and school districts to develop retirement savings and investment plans since 1995. Randy is responsible for building and managing school district and tax-exempt market plan sponsor relationships, overseeing plan-level support on issues relating to TPA retirement plan administration, recordkeeping and financial education for plan participants. He is also a long time member of MASBO and M.A.S.S. Randy lives in Sharon, Massachusetts.

David has been the Director of Finance with the Weston Public Schools since July 2025.  Prior to joining Weston, he was the Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Operations in the Lexinton Public Schools for six years and the Director of Finance in the Bedford Public Schools for sixteen years.  David came to public education after ten years of service in state government and the nonprofit sector.  He holds a BA in Government and Economics form Clark University and a Masters in Public Administration from Suffolk University.
