ELIZABETH B. VALERIO is a managing attorney at Valerio, Dominello & Hillman LLC, in Westwood, where she focuses her practice on public sector management-side labor and employment law and school law, representing school committees, cities, towns, and public agencies. She has extensive experience representing clients in negotiations, mediation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings before state and federal agencies. Ms. Valerio is experienced in both traditional and interest-based bargaining. She advises public sector employers regarding various school law, labor, employment, discrimination, and policy matters, and provides trainings for school committee members and administrators. For year, Ms. Valerio trained new school committee members throughout Massachusetts on collective bargaining for the Massachusetts Association of School Committees. Ms. Valerio has been recognized as a Massachusetts “Super Lawyer” and served as a director for the National School Boards Association Council of School Attorneys for four years. She is a founding member and past president of the Massachusetts Council of School Attorneys (COSA), served on the Wrentham School Committee for six years, and served for more than 15 years as a member and chair of the Wrentham Personnel Board. Ms. Valerio received B.A. and M.A. degrees from Boston University and a J.D., magna cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School.

Daniel Gale

Daniel Gale has been in school finance since 2008 and has worked in Worcester, Clinton, Grafton, and now Hudson. He graduated from Bucknell University with a major in Business Mgmt and from Clark University with a Master in Public Administration, and also completed the MASBO licensure program. Daniel is currently on the Board of Directors of MASBO. He enjoys professional development and collaborating with colleagues. When not in the office, he enjoys playing all sports, especially golf, with friends and with his son.

Margaret Raymond Driscoll

Margaret Raymond Driscoll is MASBO's Executive Director and was previously its Professional Development Coordinator. She started her career in private industry and then volunteered her time at her childrens' elementary school, overseeing the development and implementation of a new library media center and managing it for nine years. Margaret is in her 15th year as a Melrose School Committee member.
