David Coelho
Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Operations
Lexington Public Schools
David has been the Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Operations with the Lexington Public Schools since July 2019. Prior to joining Lexington, he was the Director of Finance in the Bedford Public Schools for sixteen years. David came to public education after ten years of service in state government and the nonprofit sector. He holds a BA in Government and Economics form Clark University and a Masters in Public Administration from Suffolk University.
Gregory Zammuto
Director of Finance and Operations
SEEM Collaborative
Greg Zammuto has 30 years of public education experience including 21 years’ experience serving as the lead business administrator in School Districts and in a Collaborative. Greg has served as the Director of Finance and Operations for SEEM Collaborative since October 2012. Greg earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Northeastern University and a Masters of Education degree in School Administration from Cambridge College.
Heidi Zimmerman
Finance and Operations Manager, Special Education
Lexington Public Schools
Heidi Zimmerman currently works under the Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Operations of the Lexington Public Schools, David Coelho. She specifically is the Finance and Operations Manager for the Special Education Dept. In this capacity over the last eleven years she has been involved in maximizing cost savings and revenue generation by carefully managing contracts and expenses related to Special Education. Prior to this Heidi served for three years each as the Business Manager for the Carlisle K-8 Public Schools (2006-2009) and as the Business Manager for the Beverly Public Schools (2002-2006).Prior to becoming a School Business manager Heidi worked as in the Inspector General's Office for over ten years (2002-1992) in a variety of capacities. Most of her time was spent as a primary developer and instructor of the MCCPO program and courses and Chapter 30B legal counsel.
Gary Maestas
Retired Superintendent
Plymouth Public Schools
Dr. Maestas’ career has spanned 30 plus years in Massachusetts as a teacher at the secondary level, assistant principal, coordinator of technology, assistant superintendent and superintendent. For the past twelve years he has successfully led Plymouth Public Schools in Plymouth, Massachusetts as superintendent. The strength of Dr. Maestas’ vision and leadership, coupled with the respect and collaboration from those he has worked with at local, state, national, and international levels, has resulted in innovative programming for all children and infrastructure advancements, driven by a strategic framework ensuring long-term sustainability.
Dr. Maestas has also taught at the collegiate level where he focused his teaching on school law and school finance. He is currently a commissioner of the New England Association of Schools and Colleges and has led accreditation teams across the globe.
Daniel Gale
Director of Finance and Operations
Hudson Public Schools
Daniel Gale has been in school finance since 2008 and has worked in Worcester, Clinton, Grafton, and now Hudson. He graduated from Bucknell University with a major in Business Mgmt and from Clark University with a Master in Public Administration, and also completed the MASBO licensure program. Daniel is currently on the Board of Directors of MASBO. He enjoys professional development and collaborating with colleagues. When not in the office, he enjoys playing all sports, especially golf, with friends and with his son.

Lindsey Albernaz
Business Manager
READS Collaborative
Lindsey Albernaz is a Certified Public Accountant, former auditor in the Governmental and Nonprofit public accounting sector and is currently the Business Manager for READS Collaborative located in Middleboro, MA. While starting her career out in public accounting in 2005, Lindsey transitioned into the public education beginning as the joint Director of Business and Finance for the Somerset Public Schools and Somerset Berkley Regional School District in 2014. She joined READS Collaborative in 2019. Lindsey holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and master’s degree in Taxation. She currently lives with her husband and two daughters in Rehoboth, Massachusetts.
Margaret Raymond Driscoll

Margaret Raymond Driscoll is MASBO's Executive Director and was previously its Professional Development Coordinator. She started her career in private industry and then volunteered her time at her childrens' elementary school, overseeing the development and implementation of a new library media center and managing it for nine years. Margaret is in her 15th year as a Melrose School Committee member.
