Megan Garton

Megan Garton is a Territory Development Executive for American Fidelity. She has served in many roles over her 16-year career, but in each position, she’s held, educating school employees on complex topics and trends affecting benefits has been one of the primary components of each.
Megan spends much of her time educating school associations and school districts on a variety of subjects ranging from Section 125 Plan Compliance, Flex Accounts, High Deductible Health Plans, Health Savings Accounts, Affordable Care Act, the recent Cares Act legislation, and much more. She works diligently with schools across the country to uncover benefits issues and human resources challenges, while providing solutions that help schools streamline and simplify their administration of benefits. Megan has been married to her high school sweetheart, Chad, for over 24 years, has 3 children. Two sons, Taylor 23, Logan 21, and a daughter Keila, who is 16.
Lisa M. Stevens
Account Development Executive
American Fidelity
Lisa Stevens serves as an Account Development Executive for American Fidelity Assurance Company. She joined American Fidelity in 2010 and brings a wealth of experience and service to the education community. Previously, she worked in the public schools for several years, as well.
In her role, Lisa works closely with school districts in multiple states to help develop benefit plans and compliance practices to meet their needs. She often speaks to associations, business managers, and superintendents on topics such as Section 125 compliance, Affordable Care Act, High Deductible Health Plans with Health Savings Accounts, Public Service Loan Forgiveness, Leadership Topics and more.
Lisa served as State Manager of Ohio from 2013-2017 and has since held the position of Account Develop Executive (ADE) for multiple states. She was recently named ADE of the Year for American Fidelity. Lisa is known for her enthusiasm and communication skills with the ability to break down difficult topics and explain them in everyday language, making implementation and compliance much easier.
