The session will demonstrate the extent to which an ESCO can help drive and support a tiered grant strategy, how an energy savings performance contract can be used to triple the impact of incentive and grant award dollars, and how that model can offer flexibility to spread the impact and benefits across a larger project that may address more critical infrastructure needs.
