Kristin Dykstra joined MASBO in July 2018 bringing over 20 years of experience in public education. After earning her Bachelors of Science in Biology and Elementary Education from Russell Sage College, Kristin graduated from the Harvard School of Education with a Masters in Language and Literacy. She taught middle school language arts, science, technology, and math for 13 years prior to becoming a Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment for 7 years. She participated in MASBO’s Worcester State licensure program to expand her knowledge base. As a licensed School Business Administrator, Kristin enjoys merging her teaching and learning experience with MASBO’s initiatives, as well as spending quality time with her husband and two children.
